The Ontario New Home Warranty Program is now the Tarion Warranty Corporation. Homes covered under the program are protected against defects in work & materials, and major structural defects. Essentially, it is peace of mind for you, our customer.

In addition to the required complete projects being covered by Tarion, we carry a full complement of builder's liability insurance and ensure that all employees and contractors of SDB are fully insured for both liablilty and disability.
